International Commercial Arbitration at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce / How to apply to the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce?
 Activities of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Ukraine (the ICAC at CCI Ukraine) is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On International Commercial Arbitration".
Please note:
Appeal to the ICAC at the CCI of Ukraine is possible only if the arbitration agreement between economic entities, which should be clearly defined body that will consider all disputes between the parties.
Arbitration agreement - an agreement the parties to submit to arbitration all or certain disputes which have arisen or may arise between them in connection with any particular legal relationship, regardless of whether they have a contractual or not. An arbitration agreement may be in the form of an arbitration clause in a contract or in a separate agreement.
An arbitration agreement shall be in writing. An agreement is in writing if it is contained in a document signed by the parties or signed by exchange of letters, telex, telegrams or other means of telecommunication that provide a record of such an agreement, or by exchange of claim and reference to lawsuit in which one party claims the presence of an agreement, and the other against it does not object. Reference in the agreement to a document containing an arbitration clause constitutes the arbitration agreement provided that the agreement is concluded in writing and the reference is such as to make that clause part of the agreement.
- Prior to filing a lawsuit, you must pay a registration fee for filing a claim in the amount - $ 600;

Time spans:
Term proceedings in ICAC at CCI Ukraine is 6 months from the date of formation of the tribunal. If necessary, the parties may address a reasoned request an extension of this period.
